Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (Welcome Dinner)

  • On Arrival, our guide and driver will pick up and transfer to your hotel for check-in and relax.
  • If the time is permitted you will take cyclo tour around Hanoi old quarter and enjoy the water puppet show – the unique art in Vietnam
  • In late afternoon, we will meet again for welcome dinner in Vietnam typical cuisine local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi Full Day City Tour (B,L)

  • Enjoy breakfast in hotel, at 8:00, we will start your tour to see some famous tourist destination in Hanoi Vietnam such as Ho Chi Minh complex including Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, Presidential Palace, House on Stilt to know the great president of Vietnam’s life
  • Keep on to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda- one of the oldest pagoda in Vietnam and Quan Thanh temple – dedicating to North God of Hanoi, to get brief detail of culture and traditional habit from 54 ethnic minorities in Hanoi Vietnam Ethnology Museum
  • After lunch in Pho 24 noodle soup and resting time, continue your tour to Quoc Tu Giam( Temple of Literature – the first university in Vietnam was built in 11th century), then Hoa Lo prison( Hanoi Hilton in the American war). Walking around Hanoi old quarter to see different life of tourist and non-tourist affection area dotting with enjoy traditional coffee and great view of Hanoi
  • At night, have dinner your self, overnight at hotel in Hanoi

Day 3: Hanoi - Duong Lam – Nghia Lo (B,L,D)

  • After your breakfast in hotel, at 8:00, leaving Hanoi to North West Vietnam tour, driving follow national road number 32. The first impression of this tour is Duong Lam(Ancient Village)which was recognised by Vietnam government, still reserved real values from the past, where ther are  a lot of  300-400 year houses and several sacred temples.
  • Heading along Thao river with green rice paddies field and corn both sides to at the end of Phu Tho land to have lunch
  • After resting time, continue to Yen Bai and Yen Chan where wonderful mountain landscape and imposing rice terraced fields creating from local friendly minorities waiting for you
  • After 200km driving, about 5pm arriving Nghia Lo, great time for walking and taking photos of Muong Lo known as the third biggest rice paddy field in North West Vietnam
  • Dinner and overnight in hotel in Nghia Lo

Day 4: Tu Le – Mu Cang Chai – Than Uyen (B,L,D)

  • After breakfast in local restaurant, leaving Nghia Lo to Tu Le where you can enjoy and learn how Thai minority (they come from Thailand, they have habit to cultivate rice and make their house near stream and small river, your guide will explain why, and how they live) make new moon sticky rice, also walk through their village
  • Admiring the spectacular rice terraced fields along the way to Mu Cang Chai, which recognized by Vietnam government to rice terraced fields reserve area and have contact with such friendly local untouched tourist ethnic as Black Thai, H’mong, Dzao…
  • Having lunch with local food which is not so good like other places, sorry we are in real remote mountain area, Keep on to Than Uyen, another distance path with amazing mountain sightseeing
  • Today it is not long day, 150km driving distance but you should be sure your camera memory to be enough space thanks to the most famous and beautiful for rice terrace field and mountain trail in the North West Vietnam
  • Have dinner and overnight at hotel in Than Uyen town

Day 5: Than Uyen - Nation Park - Sapa (B,L,D)

  • Having breakfast in hotel, walk with your guide to the local market to choose your favor food for picnic lunch, then we set off to Tan Uyen where you can have a small walk along  the tea plantation from the local people
  • Keep on driving to have fantastic view of mountain trail like a python  in Haven gate(Tram Ton Pass) at the hight of 2200m above sea level
  • Enjoy walking inside Hoang Lien national park to Golden Stream and Love Waterfall to have picnic lunch with nature of tropical forest
  • 16km driving further that will be Sapa town at the height of 1650m altitude, stop along the way to visit Silver waterfall – one of the biggest waterfalls in Sapa or North West Vietnam
  • Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Sapa town

Day 6: Sapa – Muong Hoa Valley (B,L,D)

  • Today, you will have special day to admire the imposing landscape of Muong Hoa Valley the foot of Hoang Lien Son green mountain range dotting with houses of local minorities
  • After having breakfast in the hotel, take a drive to Y Linh Ho where we start trekking up and down through rice terraced fields to Lao Chai  where Black H’mong people(they came from China more than 300 year ago) live , take time to take photos, discover and learn about their culture and traditional habit
  • Continue your trek to Tavan village, location of Dzay ethnic minority and have lunch while enjoy the folklore dancing music performance
  • After leisure time, keep on trekking through bamboo tropical forest toward Giang Ta Chai waterfall and Red Dzao minority, then up to car meeting and back Sapa town, stop in Sapa ancient description stones to know about ethnic original
  • Have dinner  and stay second night in Sapa

Day 7: SaPa - Bac Ha Sunday Market(B,L,D)

  • After breakfast, leaving Sapa town, set off on our scenic drive through to the colorful Sunday Market at Bac Ha mountain town, also attracts a wide variety of ethnic minority groups including Hmong, Dao, Phu La, La Chi and Tay…who still retain their old cultural traditions and are recognizably distinct from each other by their dress
  • After having lunch here, we enjoy walking around Ban Pho village of Flower H’mong minority about 2 hours where the villagers make the potent local maize alcohol, visiting Hoang A Tuong Palace -the Hmong Kings former residence. Overnight at hotel in Bac Ha.

Day 8: Bac Ha town - Hanoi (B,L)

  • The return journey begins as we depart Bac Ha town and pass through the verdant and rugged mountain scenery down to Trung Do village take a walk through Tay village to Chay river where enjoy the boat trip, very few other tourists, take a stop at borderline with china for photos
  • Having lunch then take long drive to Hanoi, take photos Red river scenery along the way. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi

Day 9: Hanoi - Halong Bay Overnight on Cruise (B,L,D)

  • Breakfast in hotel, leaving Hanoi around 3 hours and half to reach Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO in 1994, and the second time as Morphology and now New7Wonders
  • Check in cruise from the Wharf of Halong around 12:30, while waterway cruising though the Bay, sea food lunch served on cruise
  • Reaching the breathtaking views of Halong seascape and discover the magnificent beauty of this “Descending-dragon” bay, visiting the Surprising Grotto, Ti Top beach bypass Cua Van (Van windy gate) then back to cruiser for dinner and overnight

Day 10: Halong bay - Hanoi (B,L)

  • After breakfast, keep on cruising passing through islands naming as the Toad Rock, Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, taking highlight rowing boat trip through Tunnel grottos area then cruising back to the Wharf of Halong
  • Arriving Halong Wharf at 11.00, pick you up for having lunch in Halong city before driving back Hanoi
  • On the way back, we will go to see Dong Ho Folklore Painting and But Thap Pen Stupa pagoda which you feel enjoyable and relax with old architecture and countryside atmosphere
  • Overnight in Hanoi, enjoy your dinner yourself

Day 11: Hanoi Departure (B)

After breakfast, have at leisure until transfer to the airport for your flight to next destination or home. Thank you for joining us
